Appetizers
These appetizers are
a meal, all by themselves. But you're missing out if you don't save room
for an entree or two!
Steak Flatbread
Grilled steak tidbits, de-glazed with balsomic honey, finished with bleu
cheese crumbles and roasted red peppers. Served on thin flatbread.
Fjalla Brie
Baked Brie cheese, brown sugar and walnuts encased in puff pastry. Served with fresh fruit in season.
Smoked Salmon Flatbread
Smoked salmon, finished with rosemary and roasted red peppers, crowned
with melted Brie cheese. Served on thin flatbread.
Sveppa Strimlar
Beer battered Portobello mushroom strips, lightly fried to a golden crisp, Served with our tangy Frosty Mug
dipping sauce.
Wings
Eight extra-large Frosty Mug wings served plain, mild, hot, fireball or smothered in our
unique honey barbeque sauce. Specify beer battered or "naked".
We are also working on others at this time including a garlic, teriyaki,
Super Nova and our secret Icelandic sauce!!
Icelandic Pickled Herring
A filet of pickled herring served with
fresh eggs, tomatoes, red onions, green olives, toasted pumpernickel bread and dill sauce. A traditional Scandinavian fair.
Gravlax (an Icelandic cured salmon)
House cured salmon, served with capers, lemon wedges, fresh eggs, toasted pumpernickel bread and a side of spicy mustard sauce. What a treat!.

Soups
French Onion Soup Au
Gratin
This rich flavorful broth, comes loaded with caramelized
onions, Irsh Whiskey, Burgundy and fresh herbs, crowned with Mozzarella cheese
and a heap of crispy onions.
Add a side salad (Caesar or regular) for an additional
charge.
Súpa Dagsins (Soup of
the Day)
Each soup is made in-house daily with only the finest ingredients.
Examples include: Roasted Red Pepper, Tomato Basil,
Seafood/Crab Meat/Shrimp Bisk (more of a chowder), Friendly but fine Vegetable,
Sausage Gumbo (not thick like the meal but mighty fine!).

The Frosty Mug signature salad dressings are all made from scratch: Blue Cheese,
Raspberry Vinaigrette, Ranch, and Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Icelandic Smoked Salmon with Brie
Thinly sliced smoked salmon, Brie cheese, tomatoes and greens, served on a
freshly baked baguette, drizzled with a spicy mustard sauce.
Mount Dora Finest
An outstanding blend of grilled chicken, walnuts, raisins, coconut and
apples tossed in seasoned mayonnaise. Served in a wrap.
Bratwurst and Sauerkraut
A German sausage, full of flavor, served with Dijon mustard and sauerkraut.
Served on a freshly baked baguette.
Bistro Turkey
Sandwich, Icelandic Style
Thinly sliced smoked turkey breast, finished with a decadent fusion of
sun-dried tomatoes, olives, basil and seasoned mayonnaise, crowned with a layer
of roasted red peppers. Served on a lightly toasted old fashioned bakery
bread.
Vegetable Panini
Roasted Portobello mushrooms, peppers, squash, fresh herbs, onions and tomatoes,
lazed with olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette, finished with fresh Mozzarella
cheese, pressed warm and served on crunchy Tuscan bakery bread.
Viking Burger
There is
nothing plain about this juicy oversized burger. Served with a side of our divine
Icelandic bleu cheese gourmet sauce.
Add bacon or
cheese for $0.50 each.
Black and Bleu Burger
Blackened and char-grilled, finished with Gorgonzola cheese and bacon.

Frakkinn (The Good French Man)
Thinly sliced Midwest Angus roast beef, finished with sautéed onions and Mozzarella cheese. Served
on Tuscan bakery bread with a side of natural au jus. Horseradish served on the side
upon request.

English Style Fish and Chips
Seasoned Icelandic Haddock, coated in our special beer batter and fried to
a golden crisp. Served traditional English style, with golden
fries, tartar sauce, and malt vinegar. (no sides)
Pan-Seared Icelandic Haddock
Breaded and seasoned pan-seared Icelandic Haddock, finished with sautéed sweet onions
crowned with fresh herbs and lemons. (tartar sauce
upon request). A traditional
Icelandic entree.
Old Fashioned Meat Loaf
A generous portion of home-made meatloaf, served with a side of mashed
potatoes and gravy.
Osso Buco
"Melt-in-your-mouth" perfectly braised fork tender pork shank, finished
with demi-glaze.
Chicken

A juicy breast of chicken, bursting with
enticing flavors of garlic, fresh tomatoes, onions and light cream. Served over
Fettuccini.
Schnitzel
Fresh tenderized pork loin, breaded and pan fried. Crowned with
